Sales Policy
New Accounts: First order requires an order minimum of $500. This is because of the design and programming time involved in setting up your logo. We don’t charge a setup fee like most companies. For your next order, the order minimum does not apply.
All Accounts: Orders in excess of $5,000 may require 50% down payment. Lead time begins the day deposit is received.
Pricing: RHI reserves the right to change pricing without notices due to fluctuating prices of raw materials. Thank you.
Shipping Method: We ship orders via FedEx. All trophy orders and orders with event deadlines may require expedited shipping for guaranteed delivery date.
Lead Times: Please allow for at least 8 weeks of production on all orders. Depending on RHI capacity levels, some orders could take up to 12-14 weeks. Each order is made custom out of raw materials. This is why lead times are at least 8 weeks. RHI does not keep any product in-stock or on the shelf, and then merely put a logo on it and ship it out. Every order is made from scratch for the most custom and unique products.
Design
Current Designs: RHI reserves the right to produce/ship our most current designs and make changes for functionality purposes.
Policies/Terms
Terms: Net 30 days for all accounts. Accounts unpaid after 30 days will be charged interest of 2% per month, compounded monthly (annual percentage rate 24%), until past due balance is paid in full. Collections may be applied if necessary.
Claims: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival before signing for the shipment. Shortages and or damages must be reported by the client within 7 days of receiving your shipment for the claim to be considered. For Freight deliveries, shortages and damages need to also be noted by the driver on the bill of lading.
Cancellation: Any order placed with and accepted by RHI may be cancelled only with our consent and within terms that insure us against loss.
Returns: Returned product will not be accepted without authorization from RHI, and will only be accepted up to 7 days from receiving the order. Client is responsible for keeping/providing all packaging materials for returns. Client is responsible for properly packaging returns and return must come back to us in original condition. Returns are only for replacement or repair of that product.
Warranty: RHI offers a 60-day limited warranty on all of our products to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material(s). This warranty is limited and RHI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by or resulting from the use of and/or handling of any item sold by RHI. RHI is not liable for wind or water damage.
